The Stilo ST6 CMR Zero is the lightest kart helmet in the ST6 range and is specifically engineered for young competitors who want to get the most out of their equipment. In competitive karting, low weight, optimal visibility and high wearing comfort are essential. The ST6 CMR Zero therefore combines an ultra-light carbon-fibre construction with Stilo’s latest safety and comfort technologies. The outer shell, made entirely from high-quality carbon fibre, was developed using technology derived from Formula 1. This delivers an excellent balance of very low weight, maximum strength and optimal protection. The compact shell construction reduces load on the neck and shoulders, contributing to greater comfort during long practice sessions and races. The updated ST6 shell has smaller external dimensions, improving aerodynamics and stability at high speed. The visor opening has also been enlarged, improving the downward and side field of view. This gives the driver better awareness of the track and makes it easier to react quickly to changing conditions. The redesigned ventilation system ensures efficient airflow through the helmet and effectively dissipates heat. As a result, the head stays cooler and more comfortable even during intense races or hot weather. The helmet comes standard with a 3 mm double-layered FIA-approved visor, which helps reduce condensation and provides clear vision in varied conditions. The new visor locking system keeps the visor firmly closed at high speeds and in the event of an impact. Additionally, the ST6 CMR Zero is prepared for optional aerodynamic front and rear spoilers (sold separately), so the helmet can be tailored to different circuits and driving conditions. The comfortable Nomex® lining provides an excellent fit and is available in various colours on request.
